What is the National Mortgage Institute?

The National Mortgage Institute provides hands-on training in cities across North America. Our free two-hour Mortgage Planner Training™ workshops offer an introduction to strategies and tools introduced and developed by Troy McClain, former Apprentice contestant. The National Mortgage Institute also provides complete, detailed instruction through several long-running programs, and additionally offers software solutions, member advisory help, teleconferences, professional mentoring services, and "in-the-field" training for its students.

What kind of certification will I be receiving?

After your three-day training event, you will receive a certificate of completion of the National Mortgage Institute Mortgage Planner Training™.

When do I get my materials?

Your materials are extensive and will be handed out throughout your three-day training. We have found that students get the most out of these materials when they are used in conjunction with the training. Therefore, you will become familiar with your training materials during the class and will learn how best to use them to accomplish your goals.

Do I need a computer to do this?

No. Computers can be great tools for any business, providing efficiency and easier access to information, but a computer is not required to be successful in the mortgage industry.

Are there any other costs involved?

There are a few additional costs involved, many of which are optional, depending on how you run your business.

Can I operate my mortgage business anywhere?

Yes. You can use these strategies anywhere in the country, and even in Canada. No matter how large or small your community, you will find plenty of profitable opportunities available to you. We'll show you how.
